摘要
钳盘式制动器拖磨实验台是对行车制动的机械的制动装置的性能进行测试的实验装置。
本文只要论述了该实验台的设计思想,设计方法及设计过程,并从理论上对该方案进行了论证。
在设计过程中,本文详细地阐述了各种元件的设计步骤及方法,以及对标准件的选择原则。传动系统中为了达到力矩要求采用了链传动,本文对链传动的优点缺点加以分析,并对链传动的性能加以计算说明。对轴的强度进行了校核。
制动过程中,转速变化很大,能量瞬时是一个主要问题,促使油温快速升高。在本次设计中,一方面采用恒功率变量泵来减小电机容量,另一方面在油箱中管路:回油处加上冷却器,来保持油温在一定温度范围内。同时考虑油液不能在太低温度下工作,加上加热器当环境温度过低时要打开加热器。
本文对钳盘式制动器的各个设计部分进行了详细的介绍,对其工作原理——液压、气压控制进行调研、考察。
