Summary概述
The preparation method of numerical control is based on basic basic
theories of craft in machine-building, combine characteristics such as
numerical control lathe high precision , high flexibility with high
efficiency ,etc. , the knowledge in many aspects of integrated
application, craft problem of solving numerical control while
processing
Process according to part pattern carry on craft analyze , confirm
processing scheme , craft parameter and displacement parameter.
Write the part and process the procedures sheet in code of procedures
regulated and form
Input or transmission of the procedure . While writing by hand , can
import the procedure through the operation panel of the numerical
control lathe ;
Input / output get numerical control processing procedure of unit, go
on , try on operation , cutter route simulation ,etc..
Pass the correct operation of the lathe correctly, operate the
procedure, finish the processing of the part.
