摘要：  
本次设计关于利用计算机辅助设计注射模具，分为注射模具的机械设计部分和

CAD/CAM两部分。第一部分，机械设计部分包括：注射机的选用、浇注系统、动

、定模的结构、脱模和顶出系统、排气系统和冷却系统等设计。第二部分，

CAD/CAM部分包括：使用AUTO CAD 完成模具的二维制图，使用CAXA 制造工程师

XP 完成零件、动、定模的实体设计、动、定模的分模和模拟机床的走刀加工过

程。

abstract ：
     This design is that devise plastics injection mould in use of the

computer, divide the choose of injection machine, the form of

locomotive and immovable mould, goring mould system, exhaust system

and cooling system. The second part include that finish planar drawing

of mould in use of and finish entities design of locomotive, immovable

mould and accessory, the process of separating mould and machining on

CNC machine tool.
