台灯罩模具设计及其型腔仿真加工
摘 要:本课题设计是对台灯罩模具设计和型腔仿真加工。设计过程中采用Pro/E Wildfire 4.0进行三维造型、分型面设计和模流分析,用CAD进行零件图和装配图的绘制,用Master cam 9.1进行模具型腔的仿真加工。
根据制品的体积、质量和要求选定注塑机型号,再确定模具型腔为一模二腔;考虑模具外观要求等诸多因素,选取分型面在塑件的底面;为使塑件能够快速均匀的冷却,冷却流道布置为环绕式;浇口采用潜伏式浇口,使两个型腔同时得到均匀的充填和成型;由于制品需要侧抽芯,经过验证,抽芯机构采用最常用的斜导柱分型与抽芯机构;顶出机构是制品的脱模装置,依据塑件结构采用8根顶杆;由于塑件是薄壁结构可能出现注塑不完整,通过模流分析验证注塑流体可以充满型腔,符合设计要求。分析型腔的加工工艺,在Master cam 9.1中完成刀具路径设定,确定数控加工代码,通过仿真加工确定是否满足加工要求。
通过使用模具设计应用软件,使模具设计效率大大提高,符合设计要求。

The Design and Simulation Processing
of Reading Lamp Mold
Abstract: This subject design is to design the reading lamp mold and make the simulation processing of the mold cavity. In the design process, Pro/E Wildfire 4.0 were used to construct on the three dimensional modeling, make parting surface and make analys on mold flows, CAD were used to make parts drawing and assembly drawing,Master cam 9.1 were used to carry on the mold cavity simulation processing.
This mold according as the injection molding machine model and the efficient deterministic cavity which assigns based on the factory is two cavities ; Considered many factors such as appearance requirements, a selection divided profile is modeling a bottom surface; In order to cause to model to be able the fast uniform cooling, cools the flow channel arrangement for to surround the type; Uses a balance -like divided flow channel, the side runner, at the same time the causing cavity obtains even fills and takes shape; prop up the organization is the product taking off patterns installment, go on the basis models a structure to use 8 mandril ; Because models are the thin-wall construction possibly appears casts not completely, get across flows the analysis confirmation the mold to cast the fluid to be possible the filling cavity, conforms to the design requirement. The analysis cavity processing technics, completes the cutting tool way hypothesis in Master cam 9.1, the definite numerical control processing code, through the simulation processing determined whether satisfies the processing request.
Through the use mold design application software, makes the mold rated capacity to enhance greatly, conforms to the design requirement completely.
